'c.t. Team-Based Collaborative Law Education' The c.t. project is aimed at integrating innovative collaborative elements into common e-learning concepts. It incorporates the solving of legal academic tasks in real time with other students within a framework of set guidelines under supervision of a tutor on a virtual platform. Prof. Dr. Dirk Heckmann holds the Chair of Law and Security of Digitalisation at the Technical University of Munich. There he also heads the TUM Center for Digital Public Services CDPS. He is also Director at the Bavarian Research Institute for Digital Transformation bidt. Dirk Heckmann is a part-time judge at the Bavarian Constitutional Court. He was a member of the Federal Government's Data Ethics Commission. He is the author of the juris Praxiskommentar Internetrecht as well as numerous textbooks and academic contributions on constitutional law and security law as well as the law of digitalisation, in particular data protection law, e-government, e-health and digital education.
