Looking in Abanyole is the book that has been designed and attempts to explain the existing conflicts between christian theology and the religious beliefs and rituals surrounding death and burial rites among the Abanyole in Vihiga County. The selected religious beliefs include, Esinini, Obukoko, Esilemba, Okhwira Ingombe and Emilukha as religious beliefs and rituals performed either in public or secrecy. The research work based on CoG-K as the majority church in Bunyore with permission from the leadership office. It endeavors to give suggestions to solutions that will lead to enculturation.
