Alternative Cooperative Learning (ACL) with Portable Learning Creadit (PLC) is one of feasible appraoches to achieve it. The study aims to enhance and modify the science learning model for science inquiry from POEC to POEC-2C for informal settings, such as the popular science education held at science museum in order promote the science learning efficacy for the publics who attend the so-called informal science education venues under the circumstance of free choice.
