Beschreibung
Crowdwork is a new form of work that does not involve a traditional employment relationship or formal affiliation with a corporate organization. This book consists of two focal points. On the one hand, it examines the question of which processes of dissolution of boundaries the reorganization strategy of crowd-sourcing entails - using IBM as a case study. On the other hand, it examines which work-related claims to justice are made by the people working in the virtual world with regard to this new form of work - and thus beyond the standard employment relationship.
