Beschreibung
Einbeck and beer - these two belong together. This is where the bock beer was invented ("Bockbier" is the linguistic malapropism of "Einbeck-Bier"). Already in the Middle Ages, it found many thirsty friends throughout Northern Europe via the Hanseatic League. Apart from the art of brewing, the city is also known for its distinctive Town Hall and its craftsmanship: all the houses were built in the same style after a devastating fire in 1540. In the PS.SPEICHER and its four PS.Depots, you can see the largest collection of vintage cars in Europe.
