The book highlights culture, communication as well as intercultural communication. Theories of intercultural communication are discussed. Furthermore, the book stresses the need for effectiveness in intercultural communication. The book draws from a study case conducted regarding Intercultural Interaction between Indigenous Zambians and White Western migrants in Zambia, which is a sequel to the book Implications of Nonverbal Communication across Cultures.

Dr. Wilson Silungwe serves as Executive Director of the Zambia Institute for Tourism and Hospitality Studies. He is a Graduate of University of Zambia, University of South Africa and Trinity Seminary having studied Communication, Management and Religion. He is passionate student of Anthropology.
