He is working as an Associate Professor in Accounting and Finance in Department of Accounting and Finance, Mekelle University, Ethiopia. He has done B.Com., M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D., MIT. He has 15 years of teaching and research experiences in the Universities around the world.
